The legislature adopted a draft Act on crypto-activities

The legislature adopted without amendment a draft code-acts marketplace bill that had previously been passed by the Sejm. The regulation, implementing the EU MiCA Regulation, is intended to enable Polish cryptocurrency companies to get CASP licences and legal action on the European marketplace after 1 July. However, the task does not take into account most of the changes made by president Nawrocki, which suggests that the bill may besides be vetoed this time.
