The legislature refused to dismiss 5 ultimate Court jurors

On Wednesday, the legislature did not accept the motion to dismiss 5 ultimate Court jurors. The president of SN Małgorzata Manowska requested their appeal, as these jurors refuse to take part in the ruling with judges appointed after 2017, in a procedure before the KRS following changes made during the PiS rule.
