Paragraph 10 requires settlement to be lodged with the Chancellery of the Sejm during the yearly periods and at the end of the word of office.

As of 1 January 2025, the lump sum amounts to PLN 23.3 1000 per month, i.e. by PLN 1.1 1000 more than in 2024.
