The Sejm adopted a safety resolution, supported the EP resolution

On 20 March 220 MPs, 171 from the Law and the Confederation, voted against, no 1 abstained. Initially, the draft tabled by the KO Group provided for the adoption of an "obsolescence to support the European Parliament resolution on the White Paper on the future of European defence". In response, PiS MPs – who voted against the resolution together with the Confederation – submitted a draft resolution "on the defence of Polish sovereignty". Both were first read on Thursday in the Parliamentary Defence Committee.
