The Sejm did not elect TK judges. Holovnia announces a fresh procedure

The Sejm did not elect the candidates for judges of the TK: Marek Asta and Artur Kotowski - both of them received only 181 MPs.


- I'm sorry. As the Sejm has not chosen the judges of the Constitutional Tribunal, the selection procedure will be carried out again, and I will inform you shortly of the deadlines for submitting further candidates. - said Marshal Holovnia.
