Judges of the Court of State: Manowska's decision has no legal effect

The majority of the Court of State judges, excluded from the deliberations on waiving the immunity of Małgorzata Manowska, intend to call for a gathering of the full composition and enact the ‘regular rules of procedure’ of the TS. Just like the D.A.'s office, Thursday's decision of a three-man lineup is considered invalid.
