The judges didn't want to know the key evidence? How the Constitutional Tribunal decided on the Świętczkowski immunity

The Public Prosecutor's Office does not accept the resolution of the General Assembly of Judges of the Constitutional Tribunal, who refused to waive the immunity of Bogdan Święczkowski. The reason: it was decided by flawedly elected "dublers", there was no quorum, and the judges did not want to read the full evidence.
