The Constitutional Court, which during the time of the Law and Justice governments was defined by the democratic opposition "The Przyłębska Tribunal", now received another image blow. TK message

Meanwhile, the Constitutional Court presented the course of events as follows: "On 20 November 2023 a communication event took place with the participation of the Constitutional Court justice Bartłomiej Sochański". The announcement reported that the justice had undergone a survey that did not show alcohol in the breath.

Two-step study

With respect to the test of driver sobriety in the event of a collision, it is two-stage. The first is to test the Alcoblow device, which states sobriety or inebriation, while the second phase is to test the lycomat which the printout provides and can be prepared with appropriate documentation. justice TK did not agree to this second examination.

Bartłomiej Sochanski in “Super Express” categorically stated that he had the right to make specified a decision. He added that at first he agreed to the study. No alcohol in the breath.

Judge Sochanski described the details:

– The consequence was “zero”. It wasn't until I gave the judge's I.D. that the officer ordered another examination, pulling another breathalyst. I said thank you very much. I'll take advantage of my immunity. I'm certain I'm absolutely sober, I didn't drink anything, there's no uncertainty about it – he explained in “Super Express”.

Either way, blocking immunity in specified a situation, even though it is lawful in the case of TK judges, always gives emergence to suspicions and conjecture. This situation does not aid the Constitutional Court, which already has a very bad reputation.
