Each day, month, year,The planet is becoming little and little secure. We are dealing with an erosion of the global order and a shift towards multipolar power policies. Poland, due to the war in Ukraine, is dangerously close to 1 of the key axes of global threats. Security and immunity They are becoming the most crucial challenge for our country. Appropriations allocated by Poland to modernising armies and weapons and raising our fighting abilities can be impressive. In modern reality, however, this is only 1 component of the safety strategy. We invitation you to a peculiar debate held during the 19th Citizens' legislature on the occasion of Independence Day, in which we want to specify together with the invited experts what are fundamentally the fresh global challenges and what are they key elements of Poland's safety and resilience system around which a national consensus should be built. What is the essence of a modern view of the safety and resilience of the state? Why we cannot ignore the improvement of the Polish strategy non-military factors specified as the economy, civilian defense, state administration capacity, infrastructure, but besides the ability of citizens to organise themselves? What can we learn from the experiences of another countries and how to adapt proven solutions to Polish specificity?
