Usha Vance, wife of US Vice president JD Vance, became a star during her visit to India, writes the American regular "Wall Street Journal". According to the newspaper, the second woman is "her husband's most trusted advisor" and although "she does not flaunt her activities in Washington", she is planning fresh projects.
