Second kind rocket for U.S. Army rocket defense

U.S. Army is looking for a rocket capable of combating dense rockets and maneuvering missiles within the Indirect Fire Protection Capability Inc. strategy (IFPC Inc. 2). The strategy is part of a wider US Army effort to improve the long-lost short-range air defence capabilities.
