A second circular of repeated presidential elections in Romania qualified opposition leader, extremist right-wing AUR organization George Simion and Bucharest mayor Nicosor Dan. This is simply a change due to the fact that exit poll results indicated that the second place was won by Parliamentary coalition candidate Crin Antonescu.
