Second bottom of the Russian dam's demolition [COMMENTARY]

The anticipation of blowing up there on the Day has been speculated since last year, but Russian command has been waiting for this step for many months. It is in my opinion the desperation of the confederate group of Russian troops that fears Ukrainian counteroffensive.
