Scholz to Congressmen: we'll send Leopardy if the US gives Abrams

German Chancellor Olaf Scholz told American congressmen on Wednesday in Davos that the Germans would not agree to hand over the Leopard tanks of Ukraine until the U.S. decided to send their own Abrams tanks - the Politico portal announced on Thursday.
