Germany has already spent over EUR 50.5 billion to aid Ukraine. That's what BILD said. A immense sum includes spending on refugees, weapons, reconstruction and budget support in Kiev. Meanwhile, German finance minister Lars Klingbeil came to Kiev to promise another billion - almost 9 billion a year.
