U.S. court: Sbierbank may be liable for cooperation with Donetsk terrorists

The U.S. ultimate Court will not consider the Russian Spierbank appeal to dismiss US citizens' suit against the bank. The plaintiff organization claims that the largest Russian bank cooperated with Russian separatists from Donetsk accused of shooting down Malaysian airliners over Ukraine in 2014. They all died from a Russian missile: 298 people.
