The Court of First Instance annulled the decision on the concessions of the Republic and Poland24

The Provincial Administrative Court in Warsaw repealed the decision to refuse to grant the concession to the Polish channel24, proposed by the MWE Networks Group. He besides decided that the president of the National Broadcasting Council is to pay over PLN 10 1000 of the costs of proceedings. Poland24 lost to the Republic and Poland24 in the competition for seats on MUX-8 digital terrestrial television.
