Court: Referendum in Krakow is important. The Prime Minister may set an election date

On Tuesday, the court dismissed the complaint against the decision dismissing the protest on the validity of the referendum, in which Alexander Miszalski was dismissed from the position of president of Krakow. The ruling means that the referendum is crucial and the Prime Minister can set an early election date.
