The ultimate Court dismissed the cassation on the acquitted LGBT activists who defiled the image of Our woman of Czestochowa in Płock in 2019. It's a Catholic thing to do.

Court hearings

Three LGBT activists in April 2019 blew up in Płock the image of Our woman in the face of LGBT colors. They were acquitted by the courts of 2 instances, and the case went to the ultimate Court in the form of cassation from the reinforcement prosecutors (p. Tadeusz Łebkowski, Kaja Godek) and the prosecutor who besides appeared with the prosecution in the case. On Thursday, there was a cassation proceeding at which the prosecution withdrew its cassation without giving a reason. The prosecutor present in his speeches changed the front and began defending the author of the profanation.

The SN dismissed both cassation of reinforcement prosecutors and closed the case. The verdict says a lot about state.

Discrimination of Catholics

Catholics are discriminated against. The persecuting of desecration did not deny what they had done for a moment. They gave precisely which 1 of them operated on which episode erstwhile they arrived in Płock for their action. Writing the image of Our woman in colors that symbolized Sodomic sin clearly offended Catholics. The conviction is simply a signal that the Polish justice strategy does not work as it should: the rules on insulting spiritual feelings are flawedly constructed, and their enforcement even in apparent situations – seems to be a farce.

Financial punishment for defending against blasphemy

Additionally, the accusers of the meal – both Fr Tadeusz Łebkowski and Kaja Godek – were charged with the costs of cassation proceedings. LGBT activists do not hide their joy from the fact that injured Catholics will gotta pay their own money for defending Our Lady.

Sentence is simply a signal to attack Catholics. This attack will take place, and we cannot wait for you to defend us. Let's be brave.
