In the parliamentary elections, the president and the Sejm will not wait for the result of the electoral protests and the resolution of the SN on the validity of the elections. So how long can this procedure take? Will SN take full statutory time?
We have 90 days to give a ruling on the validity of the elections. This will come after all the protests are recognized. Then the State Election Commission and the lawyer General make their positions on the case and a date is set for the gathering of the home of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs. We are not going to prolong this procedure.
