The communication consequence of the Polish State to sabotage carried out at night from 15 to 16 November 2025 on the railway revealed deep and structural weaknesses in strategical communication. They are repetitive and are not a unit accident. Information chaos, conflicting communications, deficiency of central coordination and early disclosure of unverified data led to a failure of control over public communicative — despite the fact that the public was inclined to accept the Russian inspiration of the attack from the beginning.
