"From 7:30 a.m., track number 1 is closed on the Dęblin-Życie section after the track failure is found about 100 cm long by train driver 12713 KM Warszawa Zach-Dęblin. There was most likely intentional harm to the rail by detonation of the explosive charge" - he wrote on the X profile of the Traction Dispositure.
