According to an analysis by analysts in the Ksytox group who collect data from X platforms and Telegram, from 2022 until the end of 2024 there were 868 incidents on the Russian railway.** 342 cases were straight related to sabotage acts, e.g. the burning of control cabinets and locomotives or the blowing of tracks and overpasses. A summit of diversion acts took place in the spring of 2023. At the time, sabotage was liable for 63 percent of all incidents on Russian tracks. According to available data, all 3rd act of diversion ended in the arrest of perpetrators. 169 people were taken.
