Another possible acts of diversion and sabotage in Poland and Europe present request that the state of our safety be re-emphasised on the 1 hand, and that measures be taken to improve the systemic approach to existing threats. We must be certain that there is simply a state on the European continent that has various elements of our infrastructure and not only Russia, which has more experience and a willingness to take risks in specified secret operations.
