The Chancellery of the Prime Minister of the Council of Ministers (KPRM) published a series of spots in which it presents key actions of the government for Polish families and entrepreneurs. In the materials, Deputy Minister Aleksandra Gajewska lists the most crucial initiatives, including the in vitro programme, the ‘Grandmother’ and the increase of maintenance services.
Support for families and equal opportunities
In the first video, Deputy Minister for Family, Labour and Social Policy Aleksandra Gajewska emphasises that 2024 is “the year of the breakthrough”. Among the most crucial achievements is:
- In vitro programme – thanks to government backing (PLN 500 million per year) close to birth thousand children, a 13,000 pregnancies is the consequence of support for couples struggling with infertility.
- ‘Grandmother’ – benefit of PLN 1500 per month for parents going back to work.
- 800 plus – paid benefit for families.
- Extended leave for the parents of the premature.
- Easy access to emergency contraception – according to the presumption that ‘women should have a choice’.
- Double maintenance.

The second place focuses on government activities towards entrepreneurs. The material highlighted that the introduction of less burden and more support, although no details are given. As in the first video, the message ends with the statement: "And these are only any of our actions".
