Suspension and possibly exclusion
In February, the EU-Asia project. Civilization Dialogue", organized a conference “A fresh Start”, initiated by Grzegorz Braun. The event was co-led by Ryszard Czarnecki. His participation was met with critic Jarosław Kaczyński, who previously described his cooperation with Braun as comparable to his alliance with Vladimir Putin. In connection with the participation of Czarnecki in the conference Kaczyński asked the disciplinary spokesperson of the Law and Justice of Karol Karski to initiate a policy of conduct.
However, this is not the end of Czarnecki's problems. After proceeding the case, the party's disciplinary spokesperson handed it over to a fellow court, at the same time requesting the removal of policy from the ranks of the Law and Justice. Karski besides informed that the court had already held 1 sitting on the case, but the proceedings were inactive pending.
Blackneck defends himself
In February Czarnecki tried to defend his participation in the event during the conversation with Virtual Poland.
I didn't hold a conference with Grzegorz Braun. He denied it. – It was an global conference – with the ruling organization of BJP Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Her secretary came with the full delegation to Brussels, and I was asked, not by the Crown of Gregory Braun, and by guests from India, to lead this event. So I did.
Currently Czarnecki believes that exclusion from the organization is not threatening him, and the full affair has been blown away.
It's not news. evidence before the organization court was filed in March. There's no subject for me, and I anticipate there's no subject for the Law and Justice.
Other Troubles
The present proceeding is not the first case where Ryszard Czarnecki was subject to organization sanctions. Earlier, in September 2024, a politician was suspended in the rights of a associate of the PiS after being detained by CBA officers. The detention occurred in connection with an investigation into irregularities related to Collegium Humanum.
According to investigative findings, Czarnecki and his wife were to trust on their influences in 2 ministries, as well as accept from the Rector of Collegium Humanum property benefits of a full amount of PLN 92 221.
