NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte points out China's disturbing function in the possible attack on NATO states. "If China's leader Xi Jinping wants to take Taiwan, he will call Russia's leader Vladimir Putin to attack NATO territory and thus divert attention from Beijing's activities," said Rutte quoted by the paper "New York Times".
