The launch of licensed production of FPV drones in Ukraine in December 2024 is the consequence of a pilot program coordinated by the Chief Board of Defence Innovation of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine. Its aim was to launch the production of licensed, codified drones in 1 of the state-owned companies subject to the Ukrainian Ministry of Defence. Thanks to this, after developing the production technology and expanding it to the appropriate level, the selected company will be able to compete in tenders conducted by the Defence Procurement Agency and another possible customers.
