The Russians will negociate in Istanbul, Ukrainians in Washington

Kremlin spokesperson Dmitri Pieskov announces that the next circular of Russian-American talks will be held on Thursday in Istanbul, Turkey. Bloomberg, on the another hand, reports that the delegation of Ukraine will pay a visit to the US on Friday and Saturday to talk to the US authorities about the natural material agreement.
