Russian strategical bombers on the Finland border?

According to satellite images, the number of strategical bombers in the Olenia Air Base on the collegiate peninsula increased, close to the border with Finland and Norway. On the 1 hand, this is worrying, as the base since it was given was 1 of the places of retention of Russian atomic weapons. On the another hand, this is part of the force on Helsinki and NATO. This may besides be a signal of resignation from the continued usage of strategical bombers against Ukraine.
