Russian strategical bomber destroyed. What does that change?

On Sunday 19 July, a satellite photograph of the Engels-2 base appeared, on which you can see the silhouette of the destroyed Russian Tu-95MS bomber. This was confirmed by erstwhile reports from Ukrainian and Russian bloggers.
