The safety Service of Ukraine in the Chernihow region detained a Russian spy who was to collect information on the location of the "decision centres" of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the safety Service of Ukraine and the coordinates of local authorities and hospitals. He was besides to monitor routes of Ukrainian troops in the region.
