The presence of Russian troops in Belarus now has a permanent rotational character – says PAP Anna Maria Dyner from the Polish Institute of global Affairs. It appears from public sources that these are mainly mobilized, trained to participate in the war in Ukraine. The latest figures from the Ukrainian side talk of 4 1000 Russians, this number was reported by the spokesperson of the State Border Service of Ukraine Andrij Demchenko.
