The last Russian sanctions imposed on western armed companies are an expression of the desperation of Russian abroad policy and a symbolic motion without much real importance - the deputy minister of the Ministry of abroad Affairs, Arkadiusz Mularczyk, said on Tuesday. He noted that cooperation between these companies and Russia had already excluded EU sanctions.
