The Russian Navy confiscated the buoy from the Estonian economical zone

The buoy to measurement the wave in the Baltic Sea, set close the Estonian island of Hiuma, was confiscated by the Russian Navy and transferred to the Baltic Fleet Command in Könieck, reported the Estonian ERR radio on Monday.
