Russian commanders do not issue ammunition to recently mobilized soldiers

The Center for strategical Communications of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported on Tuesday that Russian commanders in the south of Ukraine are forcing recently mobilized soldiers to decision without ammunition; no bullets are issued to the reservists due to the fact that their superiors fear rebellion.
