Russian attack on civilians in Sumach. Consequences to Local Authorities

The government of Ukraine approved the cancellation of the head of the Sumský Oblast State Administration Volodymyr Artiuch. The decision is linked to a Sunday rocket attack on Sumy in which 35 people were killed.
