Russian air attack on Ukraine - detonation in Kiev

The outbreak in Kiev was reported on Thursday by the mer of Ukrainian capital Vitali Klickko at the time of the Russian rocket attack and an anti-aircraft alert was announced in Ukraine's regions. Klickko appealed to the residents to stay in shelters.
