The possible end of the war in Ukraine will not last long and it will only be temporary - says the historian and political scientist from the Military Academy in Lisbon Prof. Antonio Jose Telo. In his opinion, Russia will feel encouraged by the conditions of peace, and it will shortly origin another conflict, and it will usage national disputes to incite it.
