Russia : In 2024 increase in spending on the war and presidential campaign

Russia wants to increase its defence budget to 6% of GDP in 2024 due to the war in Ukraine as well as social spending to support Putin's presidential campaign. This will be linked to the deepening budget deficit as well as the request for further sale of reserves from the alleged National Property Fund.
