On Tuesday, Russian troops launched a rocket attack on 2 energy infrastructure facilities in the bordering Lviv Oblast in southwestern Ukraine. In Lviv there are electricity problems - the head of government of the region Maxim Koszyki and the mayor of Lviv Andry Sadowy reported on Telegram.
