Russia declared on Wednesday (19 July this year), that from Thursday it would recognise ships sailing to Ukraine in the Black Sea as "potential military units" - said the AFP and Ukriform agencies, citing the Russian Ministry of Defence. It is besides worth recalling the White home warning, which stated that it is in possession of information indicating Russia's mined approach to Ukrainian ports in the Black Sea.
