Russia – Putinian fallen state

From Putin's take over, Russia has been called in many ways: a global gas station, a “swingen” democracy or simply a fascist state. Each of these terms found partial coverage in facts, but full aggression towards Ukraine extended this catalogue by another word – a fallen state.
