Russia proposes temporary ceasefire to Ukraine. "Risk of epidemic"

Russia has proposed a two- to three-day ceasefire for Ukraine on any sections of the front so that both sides can remove the bodies of fallen soldiers, Vladimir Putin's advisor Vladimir Medinsky said in Istanbul on Monday. The reason is said to be the hazard of an epidemic resulting from the sanitary situation on the battlefield.
