Russia proposes Ukraine a temporary ceasefire. "Risk of an epidemic"

Russia offered Ukraine a ceasefire lasting from 2 to 3 days on any front sections so that both sides could take the bodies of fallen soldiers from there – informed Vladimir Putin's advisor Vladimir Miedinski on Monday in Istanbul. The reason would be the hazard of an epidemic arising from the wellness situation in the battlefield.
