Russia: Prisoners not to Wagner, but to regular troops

Since the beginning of 2023, the Russian Ministry of Defence has intensified the program of recruiting Russian prisoners to fight in Ukraine, and in April alone most likely enlisted 10 1000 convicts - the British Ministry of Defence passed on Thursday.
