In fresh years, global relations between Poland and Russia have changed significantly. The Minister of abroad Affairs, Radosław Sikorski, in his expose, made a clear mention to politics towards Russia, addressing “the powers of Alexander Dugin”, the chief ideologist of Kremlin. Dugina, known for his Eurosceptic and imperial views, claimed years ago that there is no place on the Eurasian continent for Poland.

Russia and its abroad policy have long been seen as a threat to stableness in the region. Sikorski quoted Dugina, who stated that “Russia in its geopolitical and sacral-geographical improvement is not curious in the existence of an independent Polish state in any form. She is besides not curious in the existence of Ukraine.’ These words are peculiarly crucial in the context of current global events.

In russian times, the Russians built an embassy in Warsaw to look like the seat of the governor. These are symbolic gestures to show Russia's dominance in the region. However, as Sikorski stressed, times have changed, and for Dugin’s leaders, he has the message: “You will never regulation here again. Not in Kiev, not in Vilnius, not in Riga, not in Tallinn, not in Chisinau. Do you have adequate land? Eleven time zones and you're inactive short? Deal with better governance of what is within your borders under global law. alternatively of fantasizing about conquering Warsaw again, worry about whether you will keep Chaschenwaj.”

These words are an expression of a fresh era in global relations, where Poland and another countries of the region are no longer inclined to accept Russian dominance. This is all happening in the context of European safety and safety policy. According to NATO data, in 2022, defence spending in Poland amounted to about 2.2% of GDP, an increase of 0.5% compared to the erstwhile year.

Furthermore, as the Ministry of abroad Affairs emphasises, Poland is actively engaged in global initiatives specified as the Lublin Triangle, which aims to strengthen cooperation between Poland, Ukraine and Lithuania. All this indicates that Poland is ready to cooperate with another countries in order to guarantee safety and stableness in the region.

It is worth noting that the Polish economy is 1 of the most dynamically developing economies in the European Union. According to the Central Statistical Office data, in 2022 Poland's GDP amounted to about PLN 2.3 trillion, an increase of 5.1% compared to the erstwhile year.

In the context of abroad policy, Poland considers that Russia must respect global law and the sovereignty of another countries. As Sikorski said, “Russia must realize that Europe is 1 of the most unchangeable and prosperous regions in the world, and that Poland is part of it”.

All this information indicates that Poland is ready to cooperate with another countries to guarantee safety and stableness in the region, as well as to defend its interests and values. This is all an expression of a fresh era in global relations, where Poland is an active and crucial player.
