Russia's moving out of ammo and soldiers?

"Because of the aggressive war against Ukraine, Russia was in a desperate situation. She is moving out of ammunition, friends and soldiers, and the Russians are fleeing from mobilization," said head of the British intelligence agency GCHQ Jeremy Fleming on Tuesday.
