Russia scares Japan with strategical bombers. Japan Prime Minister's visit to Ukraine

Russian strategical bombers Tu-95MS with support from Su-30SM and Su-35S flew over the nipponese Sea for over 7 hours. According to a Russian TASS message, "they were conducting a planned patrol". This is all happening at a time erstwhile the Prime Minister of Japan went to visit Ukraine.
