The Kremlin runs an intensive information run aimed at Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia – alarmed the American Institute for War Studies (ISW). According to analysts, activities match propaganda operations that preceded the Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022. This could be part of the "phase zero", which is the phase of preparing the ground for the future conflict with NATO.
