Russia is demanding a "new circular of negotiations". Dmitry Peskov 'calls for force on Ukraine'

Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov, quoted by the state-run Russian news agency TASS, called on Western countries to "put force on Ukraine" on the next circular of negotiations. So far, the Russian side has sent a delegation to Istanbul consisting of low-level officials.
